Our definition of influencing


To influence is to affect or change someone's mind. In our work this often means using the art of persuasion to change the minds and actions of those with authority. Influencing is a skill that can go a long way, whether it is in a job interview, in your leadership position or in a policy making process. To effectively influence others you need to be flexible, dynamic and well-prepared as an influencer. It is a learning process that you're about to dive into.
