FINDING YOUR NEUTRAL

  • Try to find and be comfortable in a neutral pose for one minute. This exercise is about helping you to feel confident and comfortable with yourself.


  • Simply stand in front of a mirror or record yourself with your phone. 


  • Look at yourself and try to feel comfortable for one minute. Try not to fidget, if you do, start again. It is better if your whole body is visible but ultimately find somewhere which is comfortable.


  • Think about how far apart your feet are, are you standing tall or do you have a side lean. 


  • Observe the feelings that arise, lessons might be hidden in there.
